How to delete your data

If you wrote to a shop that uses MARTIVI BUSINESS on Messenger or Instagram, you can ask for your messages and order details to be deleted.

How to ask

Write to the shop you contacted, or write to us at the address below. Include the name of the shop and the name of your Facebook or Instagram account, so we can find your data.

What happens next

We confirm the request and delete your messages and personal details within 30 days. Records that the law requires a shop to keep, such as invoices, are kept only for as long as required.
